Dear Ms Thiel,

Thank you for acknowledgment of my letter-a copy of which was originally sent to Premier Iemma and the Leader of the Opposition.

At this stage I am simply informing ICAC of what is currently happening as or before it occurs so that when at some later time the scandal of criminal corruption at the highest levels of the NSW judiciary is finally exposed ICAC cannot claim that it was never informed-please do not as has happened countless times before simply conduct one of your so called preliminary assessments followed by preremptory premature dismissal - I will be as soon as possible making a formal complaint to ICAC on thjis serious matter with more complete evidence drawn from other cases also of judicial corruption in NSW and I will be demanding that your organisation explain how this has been allowed to occur under your very noses.

Yours sincerely
