Submit your abstract or full paper
All participants wishing to present abstracts are welcomed and please submit your abstract including an executive summary of maximum 150 words as a word document by following the Abstract Template. Participants who submit abstracts will make oral/poster presentation at the conference without publication.
All authors should prepare full versions of papers in pdf or doc format. Papers must be with at least 10 pages, including text, references, tables and figures. Please download the Paper Template and write your paper following the instructions. Please do not modify margins or fonts and only use the styles associated with the template.
Submissions will be reviewed by the conference technical committees, and accepted papers will be published in Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies, which will be indexed by Scopus, EI Compendex, Inspec and submitted for consideration in Web of Science.
Selected papers will be published in International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing, which will be indexed by Inspec (IET), Google Scholar, Crossref, ProQuest, Electronic Journals Library, etc.

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). To be published in the WBDE 2021 conference proceedings, at least an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the same paper at the conference.
